Curator Wine Co 2021 Barossa Valley Grenache

Handpicked grapes from an ancient Hallets Valley vineyard, just south of Village of Tanunda in the Barossa Valley. 10% whole bunches were naturally fermented with uncrushed whole berries, before being basket pressed into seasoned French oak hogsheads. It was bottled unfined and unfiltered after only 6 months in oak to retain freshness and juiciness and full vineyard integrity.
