Curator Wine CO is a family-owned and operated Barossa Valley wine producer founded by Tom and Bridget White, with a focus on exceptional old vine vineyards scattered throughout the iconic Hamlets of Marananga, Seppeltsfield, Greenock, Eden Valley, Kalimna, Ebenezer, Stone Well, Lyndoch and Nuriootpa.

Our winery and vineyard are located in Marananga, deep in the heart of the Barossa's renowned Western Ridge, where some of the region's most sought-after vineyard sites produce fruit of remarkable character and concentration.

Working with very old vine Shiraz, Grenache and Cabernet Sauvignon, our fruit is hand-harvested, traditionally fermented and basket pressed before maturation exclusively in French oak. Combining time-honoured winemaking techniques with a minimalist philosophy, we craft vegan-friendly wines without fining or filtration, allowing each vineyard to express its unique personality.

Across both our estate vineyard and those of our grower partners, we embrace sustainable farming practices with minimal cultivation and no herbicides or pesticides, fostering healthy soils and a thriving natural environment for future generations.
