Grapes bought from a small old single vineyard high up in the Eden Valley in the sub region of Flaxman’s Valley. 100% whole berries, fermented naturally for 12 days then basket pressed to only French oak (25% new). It remained in this same oak for 18 months before blending and settling prior to bottling.
Bottled unfined and unfiltered and is Vegan friendly.

A wonderfully perfumed shiraz from Flaxman Valley up in the eastern hills, 100% whole berry and matured in French oak (18% new) for 18 months. Bright purple/crimson with lifted, citrus blossom-flecked aromas of satsuma plum, blueberry and boysenberry fruits. Hints of exotic spice, dried citrus rind, fruit-and-nut chocolate, panforte, bay leaf, pan juices and crushed rock. This is just looking lovely. Finely structured, with powdery, granitic tannins, a bright mineral cadence and the purest, glossy dark and blue fruits trailing off into the distance. Cracker!
