Belonging to the original Curator range, this Marananga Cabernet Sauvignon was estate grown and hand-picked, 100% French oak and bottled unfined and unfiltered. Hand picked from a selected part of our home vineyard.
It’s beautifully ripe and complex, with a bouquet showing blackcurrant, sweet plum, cocoa and cedar characters with a hint of tobacco. It’s concentrated and richly textured on the palate, displaying stunning fruit purity and power, finishing impressively long and structured.

Bottled unfined and unfiltered and is Vegan friendly.

Marananga-born cabernet sauvignon, 100% whole-berry ferment, pressed to French oak, 33% new and matured for 18 months. Deep crimson with a magenta flash and aromas of blackberry, blackcurrant pastille and glacé cherry, hints of brown spice, mocha, crushed herbs, violets, black tea, briar, cedar, tobacco, lead and pastis. Pure, ripe and sleek in its travel, with beautifully balanced fruit, superfine powdery tannins and plenty of mineral energy as the wine trails away.
