Curator Wine CO 2026 Hamlets Rosé - NEW VINTAGE

$25.00

The front label now depicting the different little villages/Hamlets dotted across the Barossa Valley from the vineyards where are growers are.

Our Hamlets Rosé showcases from Montepulciano blended with a Grenache from a single vineyard in the Hamlet of Halletts Valley, just South of Tanunda.

As of 2026 both wines are 100% fermented in barrel with no tank portion, this aids in adding a lot more texture and mouthfeel to the end wine.

Picked separately before dawn and straight to the winery for light pressing to minimise colour and maintain freshness with both fermented in the same manner. Chilled down in tank then allowed to slowly warm itself up and start fermentation. Once ferment has start both the wines are transferred to old French oak where they remain until completely dry, minimal acid & sulphur added and nothing else!

Light pale pink in the glass. Watermelon and rose water aromas, super crunchy apple on the palate with a touch of creamy texture (thank you Grenache fermented in barrel), hints of strawberry and watermelon, super dry and lip-smacking acidity on the finish to leave you only wanting more!

Vegan Friendly.
