2023 Curator Wine Co Monte Rosato

A new wine addition, made from the last pressings for our Montepulciano that makes our CWCo Rose. Pressed directly into seasoned barrels where it naturally fermented and also completed Malolactic fermentation with no additions of yeast, acid or anything. Once dry, a small amount of sulphur was added and it remained in barrel for only a few months prior to being blended with a tiny amount of naturally fermented 2023 Chardonnay pressings then bottled unfined and unfiltered (vegan approved!).
Works well with a slight chill too, perfect for Summer sloshing.
